Hey there! Welcome to the Havening website. I am Annabel, and I'm excited to introduce myself and share my passion for working with children, young adults and parents using Havening. 

I live in Haarlem, Netherlands, and I have dedicated my career to helping young individuals in juvenile detention.  Seeing the challenges they face and the impact on their families, I knew I wanted to make a difference using the powerful techniques of Havening.
As I wrap up my studies in pedagogics, I've discovered the incredible potential of Havening to heal emotional wounds, reduce stress, and build resilience. My main focus is on supporting children, young adults, and parents through their unique journeys.
I believe in creating a safe and compassionate space for exploration and healing. Whether it's helping kids overcome anxiety, aiding young adults in processing past experiences, or guiding parents in building strong emotional connections, my approach is tailored to their individual needs. Combining my pedagogics knowledge with Havening techniques allows me to offer a holistic and personalized approach.
